If you have bought something inworld or at the Marketplace and need your items to be redelivered, visit my inworld store and access the redelivery terminal (find a small laptop that says redelivery terminal). Click the link provided to be sent to a redelivery web page and choose the product you need redelivered. If you still experience issues, send me a notecard :)
